This year, we have the opportunity to educate our young people and take a step back in time & walk a mile in footsteps of our savior. Praise God for the opportunity!
We will go on a Holy Land adventure, set in the town of Nazareth: when Jesus was a child himself.
Each day, kids and adults will be exposed to an easy-to-remember Bible Point as well as a corresponding Bible passage. These key Scripture passages take on new meaning as kids and adults are immersed in the culture of ancient Nazareth.
It’s our prayer that this Hometown Nazareth VBS experience will allow God’s Word to come to life like never before…touching lives, changing hearts, and drawing kids and adults closer to Christ. And we’ll be praying for you, asking God to guide and bless you on this firsthand adventure into Jesus’ life.
This year VBS is open to youth of all ages. VBS is especially made for youth ages 5-13. Children ages 1-4 are welcome and must be accompanied by a parent or gaurdian at all times (unless approved by the VBS director). Teens ages 14-18 may be signed up as youth volunteers through the youth resgistration link: they will gain the experience of education through action and participation.
This year we are partnering with the Gospel Center Missions department inspired by Operation Kid-To-Kid in order to spead the gospel; one kid at a time! We will be collecting donations and reaching back to those less fortunate in an effort to spread the good news; this will take place up until the last day of VBS! Every $12 donated is a bible for a child and the opportunity for decipleship.
